Standardization

Many other Chinese manufacturers in this category might highlight "price" as their core advantage, but we believe that our most fundamental strength is "standardization."

A significant portion of our international orders comes from upstream giant manufacturers in China such as C&C Joint Printing, RR Donnelley Dongguan and Heshan Astros Printing (a subsidiary of Leo Paper Group). These partners have strict factory audit systems and production standards for international book printing and packaging manufacturing. Through our collaborations with them, we continuously learn and standardize our production processes, raising the bar for quality inspection. This ensures that our products meet the quality standards of Western manufacturing.

We also supply to some large trading companies, publishers, and brands like Imago Group, Global PSD, Sephora, among others. Similarly, they have rigorous factory audit processes and require us to have a certain level of product development experience. By learning from them, we continually enhance our support services, striving to provide one-stop standardized production services.

Materials

Materials play a significant role in the quality of a final print item. In China's printing and packaging industry, there are a wide variety of brands available for the same type of print materials, such as paper, greyboard, binding cloth, glue, and foil paper.  Some of these options come at extremely low prices, but they often come with quality issues.

For instance, even with the same paper weight and type, different brands may vary significantly in terms of opacity, smoothness, glossiness, whiteness, and thickness. This can result in vastly different printing outcomes. For example, lower-quality paper may have poor coating and whiteness, leading to less saturated colors or color distortion when printed. Or it may have low opacity, resulting in a noticeable "see-through" effect. Similarly, slightly inferior greyboard may have a rougher surface, making grains more visible when used for packaging or hardcover book covers. As for glue, while some may seem fine during the binding process for books and publications, their durability can deteriorate over time, leading to issues like pages falling out or glue cracking.

Over the years, through our collaborations with large printing factories and major foreign trade companies, we've continuously learned and summarized the quality and durability of various printing materials. Today, we have stable and strict brand choices, and the printing materials from these brands meet the high-quality production requirements. As a result, the books and packaging we produce have a strong competitive advantage in terms of quality and detail.

Price

We have conducted extensive research and found that many Chinese printing companies found through online searches are, strictly speaking, print intermediaries. They leverage their experience in book or packaging printing to provide foreign clients with professional printing guidance and production services. If you are printing your books or packaging in China for the first time, they can be a good choice, as they can help you avoid quality issues to some extent. However, they may not be able to offer you a competitive price.

Of course, we have also seen some companies with their own factories and equipment. However, through our research, we believe that their service capabilities may not reach the standards of print intermediaries. This is not to say that they have poor service attitudes, but they may lack international trade experience and a team of talent.

Through our collaborations with some large global trade companies and manufacturers, we can confidently say that we offer a combination of competitive pricing and excellent service. We have our own experienced team that thoroughly understands your needs, avoids communication costs, and errors, and can provide our customers with factory-direct prices.

Scodix enhancements technique

Surface treatment techniques for printed materials in the market tend to be quite similar, and you may have grown weary of the effects they offer. In recent years, the Scodix surface enhancement technique has gradually gained popularity for its stunning results. We have witnessed its application on book covers and packaging, and we have decided to learn and introduce this technology. This is one of our core strengths which to provide our clients with truly unique design solutions, increase product value, and differeniate the product and make it stand out in the market.
